Product Support is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Product Support technicians are available to talk with and provide training to customers at a toll free number. Technicians can dial into the FMU (Fuel Management Unit) and the Fuelmaster® software to perform diagnostic testing. Since the FMU has a spare telephone jack on its modem, a system operator can dial the toll free number while standing in front of the island unit and receive immediate instructions on items to check and how to change out components.

The goal of Syn-Tech Systems, Inc. is to replace all defective parts that are covered under our Warranty or Extended Maintenance Agreement within 24 hours.
