As a business owner for over 18 years and recently a V.P. of Sales and Marketing for a large privately held Lubricants Company in Southern Calirfornia, I understand how important the sales team is to an organization. I have had the pleasure of managing high performance sales teams and creating winning strategies to meet and exceed our company goals. During my tenure in the oil industry, I have had the opportunity to work with major suppliers such as Ford Motor Company, Conoco Phillips, CITGO, Castrol and many others. My sales team was responsible for managing and servicing over 650 clients throughout Southern California.
