Real Time Transaction Export and Verification
No more waiting for transactions to process! FuelMaster AFSS Software now has the ability to export transaction data directly to the enterprise and retrieve error notification during the same session. When combined with our scheduled download feature, you can poll transactions from the FMU every 5 minutes and recieve billing status immediatley for deliveries, shipments, adjustments, sales, credits.
Easy Site Management for Standard and Deployed Applications
With the abiltiy to communicate upstream comes the ability to sychronize site-specific reference data. Users can also establish sites manually, process all transactions manually or with automation, and then export to the enterprise when connectivity is established.
Business Rules-Guided Key Encoding
Key encoding has been drastically simplified by providing the user with an interface with the service specific accounting data needed for that customer DoDAAC.
Flash Mainboard
One of the latest advances in our technology, the flash mainboard provides increased surge protection, enlarged transaction storage (up to 10,000 transactions can be stored!), and the ability to upload new firmware over the phone line from the software.
Network Communications
Our AFSS application now provides support for communication from the Central Controller to the FMU via an ethernet or fiber optic cable connection, providing greater download speeds and enhanced communications security. When this exciting new feature is combined with our ability to export directly to the enterprise, the system has the capability of providing transaction billing and processing as soon as fueling is completed.
