A SMARTCARD is a standard size credit card with an embedded read/write memory chip. The FuelMaster® SMARTCARD Fuel Management System works exactly like its ProKee® system.

Features & Benefits

A vehicle SMARTCARD contains the following information:

• A vehicle identification number
• A budget or agency number
• The vehicle license number
• Up to eight authorized fuel or product types
• The maximum number of gallons/units allowed per transaction for each product type
• The odometer of hour reading recorded at the last transaction
• A preventive maintenance reminder (oil change, mileage, etc.)
• Site signature permits fueling only at authorized sites

Other types of cards (driver, supervisor, tanker truck, etc.) contain information related to the function of the card. The card can be written to approximately 100,000 times.
