In the summer of 2002, Syn-Tech was recognized by the Tallahassee Democrat as being one of the best businesses to work for in the Tallahassee area. We won this award not only because of our commitment to providing the best product in the industry, but by investing fully in our team members. Believing that for a company to excel we must be greater than the sum of our parts, all team members understand that we are all a vital part in the success of the company. From Executives to Engineers, Customer Support Reps to Sales Managers, we work together to provide a working environment that fosters collective and personal growth.

Since we received the Best Business award we have seen our customer base grow steadily and our team has grown over 25% in that time. Following our promote-from-within philosophy, many of the new positions have been filled from people already within the company. It is our hope that all who join the Syn-Tech family as we continue to expand will find it to be the most challenging and rewarding workplace possible.
